Rritja e pesh\u00ebs q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt shpenzojn\u00eb vet\u00eb me gati 20 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb dy dekada \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues i qart\u00eb i p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe &nbsp;ato financime q\u00eb jan\u00eb shtuar vitet e fundit kan\u00eb shkuar p\u00ebr mbulimin e pagesave p\u00eb 4 koncensione t\u00eb sitemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, q\u00eb pak ose aspak kan\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimit , teksa disa prej tyre jan\u00eb n\u00ebn hetim nga SPAK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga viti 2017-2023, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga Ministria e Financave jan\u00eb shpenzuar gati 26 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb p\u00ebr sterilizimin, dializ\u00ebn, check-up, laborator\u00eb, t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e 3-4 spitaleve t\u00eb reja moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalimi i fondeve drejt koncensioneve, q\u00eb po rezultojn\u00eb problematike, me kosto t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb realisht ofrojn\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb rimbursimit t\u00eb barnave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin 2019, fondi i rimbursimit zinte 24% t\u00eb totalit t\u00eb shpenzimeve t\u00eb Fondit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Detyruesh\u00ebm Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, nd\u00ebrsa&nbsp; 2024, kjo shif\u00ebr vler\u00ebsohet n\u00eb vet\u00ebm 20.6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrolli i Lart\u00eb i Shtetit v\u00ebrejti vitin e kaluar se nevojat p\u00ebr ila\u00e7e n\u00eb QSUT ishin 3-4 her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb larta sesa buxheti q\u00eb miratohet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim.
